Shipping & Delivery
Delivery is offered only where the order, product and carrier are eligible.
Before shipment
Orders may be held for age, identity, address, payment, product-authorization or destination review. An order confirmation is not a guarantee that every item can be shipped.
Delivery estimates
Available services and estimates appear during checkout when configured. Estimates begin after order review and exclude carrier delays, weekends and holidays.
Adult delivery
Age verification and an adult signature may be required. The recipient must satisfy all applicable age and identification requirements.
Address accuracy
Customers are responsible for entering a complete deliverable address. Restricted destinations, forwarding services and certain parcel locations may be unavailable.
Federal, state, local, carrier and product-specific rules may change. EEC VAPE may cancel or modify an order that cannot be fulfilled lawfully or safely.
